Originally owned by Kate Smith and docked at her summer broadcasting base and vacation home, Melody Ranch on Lake Placid, NY. We bought it in 1988 from Morgan Marine (builders of Hacker Craft Boats) on Lake George, NY. Over the years we have improved it by converting the electrical system to 12 Volts, installing a no soak West System bottom, replacing the transom and covering boards (decks), replacing the gas tank with a custom stainlees steel tank, and installing new correct color vinyl in the interior.
