BOAT OWNER'S NOTES for 1988 PEARSON 31 (Hull #181).
OVERVIEW:
The PEARSON 31 was designed by Bill Shaw and built by Pearson Yacht of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, She offers the feel of a much bigger boat than its 31 foot length suggests, Bill Shaw's design created a vessel that is easy to handle while providing good sailing performance, This boat is perfect for long weekends, or coastal cruising, I no longer have the time to enjoy her and so I am making her available for the new buyer who is looking for great value, combined with size and performance.
LAYOUT:
Below deck the PEARSON 31 has a large quarter berth to starboard with a large ice box and navigation station and electrical panel, To Port, you'll see a large Galley equipped with a two burner stove and oven and plenty of storage.
In the Main Salon there are 2 berths and a large offset dinette table, In the forward cabin you have a v-berth and a full size Head with Shower,
GALLEY:
Stove, Refrigeration, drink holders, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, Propane barbeque/cover, 12v pump for icebox drain.
