She was made in England in 1985 and shipped to Lake Huron.
She was then Dry Docked ( Inside ) for apx 10 years as her then owner was posted abroad.
Thereafter she was in fresh water for the next 10, and dry docked and winterised ( inside ) each winter.
She is a wonderful boat.
Apx 500 hours on the Land Rover Diesel, she has new radar, GPS etc.
Serviced and well looked after she has a whole host of spares including sails etc. ( The first owner was a prudent engineer and insisted on buying double or triplicate of engine parts etc- most of which have not been used. ) She has a Dinghy Davitt, Bimini etc.
Good Teak decks in great condition.
This is a boat for the serious sailor.
A Racer/Cruiser on a par with a Swan or Oyster and recognised by Lloyds of London - very very rare these days.
