The boat has only been used in fresh water, it has not seen salt water and has been professionally winterized each year.
It has a 5.0L 220 horsepower OEM Mercruiser engine that was replaced in 2006 with a brand new motor.
The motor has less than 200 hours on it.
The Alpha One Gen II outdrive was replaced last year with a brand new OEM Mercruiser.
