The sell of this 1977 40' Cruise A Home Corsair comes with many extras!
the boat itself which comes with:
rack in pinion steering, V drive engines
2 x 8 D truck batteries,
separate bedroom with drawers and large clothes closet,
double bed tucks into wall when not in use for more walking space,
memory foam mattress, less than 2 years old,

currently the dual 350 chevy engines are not running and the boat does need some tlc,
when the boat was purchased, the engines did not run and it did not take allot to get them running,
took the boat out alot with no issues, carburetors were re-built, the drive batteries for the outboard are separate from rest of the electrical system and have enough capacity to run the outboard at full blast for 2 hours. it saves gas when run along with one of the engines and cruising at slow speed, both engines had their exhaust manifolds replaced

The boat does need work but I'm sure with a bit of elbow grease and know how, someone will have a hell of a boat/home!
